Job Details - Voice Process Inbound - IRO

Eligibility:

HSC, Any Graduate.

Role Responsibilities:

• Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).

• Need to handle inbound calls.

• Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.

• Good spoken and written language skills in English and Marathi.

• Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.

• Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts

• Candidates can apply for Full-time/ Part-time employment.

• Undergraduate/ Graduate (any , Age -18-32).

• Easy customer service process

• No sales target

Salary:

CTC - INR 1.95 LPA to 2.76 LPA.

OT : INR 150 per hour

Interview Process: Face to Face.

Work Shift : Rotational Shift

Location: Pune (Swargate).

Note: the candidate should at least have taken 1 st & 2 nd dose of vaccine before joining.
