Graduate/Post-Graduate With Minimum1 0-3 Yrs. Of Recruiting Experience Into Bulk And Lateral Hiring

Role Responsibilities:
1. Develop And Execute Recruiting Plans To Meet The Hiring Requirements
2. Manage All Aspects Of Candidate Administration Such As Maintaining And Updating Applicant And Offer Activity, Job Description Creation, Ensuring Current Positions Are Accurately Posted In All recruiting Systems And Job Boards.
3. Build And Maintain An Active Pool Of Candidates To Meet Future Hiring Targets In An Effective Manner
4. Perform Sourcing To Fill Open Positions And Anticipate Future Needs
5. Assist In Employee Retention And Development
6. Use Metrics To Create Reports And Identify Areas Of Improvement
7. Effectively Manage Relationships With Agencies
8. Design And Drive Employee Referral Programs
9. Plan And Execute Campus Recruiting Activities
10. Collate Documents Of Shortlisted Candidates And Share Them With On Boarding Team
11. Maintain Pertinent Applicant And Interview Data And Generate Reports
12. Conduct Regular Follow-Up Meetings With Hiring Managers To Determine The Effectiveness Of Recruiting Plans And Implementation
13. Provides Advice And Assistance To All Levels Of Personnel On Various Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Related Matters.
Salary: Up to 3 LPA
