Job Description:
To perform production support activities which involve assignment of
issues, issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
To Identify and troubleshoot the application issues and issues
resolution or escalation to the next level.
Able to work in shifts and flexible hours.
Continuously monitoring production server environments and communicate
the discrepancies to the Customer/management.
Analyzing the production logs and providing the initial analysis and
resolution.
Actively listens, communicates clearly, concisely and assures customer
understanding.
Able to reproduce the customer reported issue in the available support environment.
To provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as
liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely
manner.
Ability to fix the issues related to Configuration, Tunable and functionality
( related Work flow or process related)
Suggest
fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact
of the defect.
Coordinate
with Engineering Team to successfully deploy software releases and Field
Patches in the Customer Environment.
Maintain
help desk tickets with current & updated information
Documentation
of all activities in confluence related to Maintenance, Documenting Alerts,
Creating SOP for known issues and incidents

Knowledge of Web servers (Web Logic Server, Tomcat Server) and administrative
tasks.
