IT Software Engineer
Eligibility:
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) | Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) | Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) | Information Science/Technology (IS/IT) from 2021 Batch Passed out only with 60% aggregate.
1. Business Analyst:
Job Requirements:
- Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
- Work on client-facing IT and business transformation projects for services to be released and sold globally
- Bridge the gap between client needs, business needs and the practical explanation of those needs to technical (software), operational, commercial and marketing teams to enable them to successful develop new/enhanced services
- Apply the principles of Human Centred Design (Design Thinking) to researching, investigating, documenting and communicating business requirements
Job Specifications:
- Recent graduate or final year of studies towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related majors including computer science subjects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – mandatory and prerequisite
- Exposure to gathering, validating and documenting requirements, modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements; identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Creating functional specifications for software solutions
- Possess creative problem-solving skills.
2. Remote Engineer:
Job Requirements:
- An entry level position under the guidance of more senior EUC Engineers, to provide service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through investigating and resolving technical incidents.
- EUC Engineer to focus on first line support for standard and low complexity incidents.
- Investigate first line support calls assigned to them and identify root cause of incidents.
- Objective would be to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions.
- Ability to communicate well and to capture all pertinent details when required.
- They will also report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary.
- Where necessary, they escalate requests and exceptions to the 2nd line support team.
