Change Implementation Analyst I
Job Role: Application Support Role/ Production Support Role.

Eligibility:
BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech,  Msc [CS/IT/ISE] MCA from 2021 - 2022 batch with 60% and above throughout academics.

Year of Experience: 0-1yrs

Must have skills:
  • Excellent command over the English language (verbal & written)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL (All features of SQL).
Roles & Responsibility:
  • As a Change Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible to work on configuration tickets or change requests and make build changes in production & non-production domains. You are also expected to work on the production domain, perform an in-depth investigation on the issue and fixing the issues logged by clients. Additionally, you will be responsible to meet client service level agreements and should be able to establish/maintain relationships between Cerner and Client, to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution benefits, etc. 
  • Besides all these, you should be able to effectively communicate status updates of tasks to appropriate Client contacts.
Location: Yelahanka North Gate office, Bengaluru

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,50,000 Per Annum

Timing: 5.30PM to 2.30AM IST

Shift Benefits: Free Cab Facility within 30KMs of office radius

Additional Shift Benefits: Night shift and food allowance in addition to basic salary.

Hiring Process: 2 Rounds of Technical.

Work Model: Hybrid (Expected to be in person at office location as and when required.)
