Job Role 2 : Associate Technical Support Engineer
Job Description -
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, email and chat-based requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies
- Deliver professional, courteous, and timely communication to customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to resolve or escalate cases
- Document and track cases using CRM tool
- Collaborate with peers and colleagues to best serve needs of customers
- Stay current on all key support topics, including product knowledge and required technical and customer support skills
- Meet and exceed all expectations and established benchmarks
- All other duties as assigned
Job Role 3 : Associate Solutions Specialist
Job Description -
- Use proprietary tools and software to aid in configuring solutions
- Participating in customer outreach and feedback collection
- Assist in onboarding and scheduling Implementation projects
- Reviewing online forms for quality assurance
- Any other initiative assigned to aid in the deployment of our Registration solutions
- Build client relationships as the first point of client contact for Private/Independent customers
- Meet with and provide recommendations to clients to ensure project success
- Assist with quality assurance checks of customer solutions
- Provide assistance to Online Solution Specialist/Senior Online Solution Specialist with configuration task through a ticket system
- Exhibit polished communication skills, verbal and written, and a professional demeanor.
- Are organized and take a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Have a general interest in online technology and how it’s shaping the way all business operates.
- Take pride in their work, possess strong analytical skills, and innately enjoy problem solving.
