Overview about the recruitment program 


  • SkillAssure Framework from Pratian Technologies will help you self-asses in as many as 45 competencies and choose a career from 36 top job roles in the industry. Pratian is offering this high value program free to “Freshersworld” registered candidates for a limited period of time.
  • Candidates who perform well in the assessment will join as a Software Intern to pursue their dream careers in the field of  Data Science, AI, DevOps, Angular, React, Java EE, Big Data, Data Ops.
  • Candidates at the end of the Discoveri Program will go through an intense training for 6 months. At the end of the training period, the candidate will be absorbed as a fulltime employee as per the terms of the offer letter. 
  • Some of the candidates who are excellent in problem solving will be selected and fully sponsored for the 3 months program in the Innovation Accelerator worth INR 2.0 lacs, instead of working on client site. Here they will be encouraged to build a solution for a problem or idea and present a business case. Top solutions from the Innovation Program will be selected for the Startup Program and given a seed capital of INR 10.0 lacs and access to the entire ecosystem.

 Training Period: 6 Months


 Interview Process

  • Online Test – Round 1 and Round 2
  • Multiple Face To Face Interview (Virtual)


Salary : INR 3.5 LPA to INR 8.0 LPA (based on the technology offered to you)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview & Training Period and will be at the company's discretion)


Note: The candidates will have to have their own laptop for the program. This is Mandatory. We will not be able to allow candidate to attend this program without Laptop.
