Data Analyst
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Any degree and 0-3 years of work experience
Role Definition:
Jr. Data Analyst is the one who is responsible for Analyzing the data provided by the senior team members, ensuring accuracy through quality checks.

Responsibility Deliverable:
  • Generating the data tables while maintaining accuracy.
  • Timely delivery of assigned projects
  • Develop Technical skill and knowledge necessary to grow into a data analyst
Tasks & Activities:
Generating the data tables while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be able to self-learn using the training materials provided by Research City
  • Actively ask questions to the mentor assigned / Project Leader and get hands on training wherever needed in order to get up to speed with the deliveries ASAP. 
  • Understand the instructions on the projects assigned and analyze the data without any errors. 
  • Quality checks the full project before sending it to the senior team member. The data tables must be devoid of any errors.
  • Communicate professionally (emails, chats, calls) to internal clients and team members
  • Actively seek feedback on the project delivered and work to improve on shortfalls.
  • Update timesheet with accurate work hours on a daily basis.
Timely delivery of assigned projects
  • Data Tables must be delivered on or before the set deadlines.
  • Any possible delays must be communicated well in advance (at least 8 hours prior) with a proper reason (and not at the time nearing deadline) so that the project can be reassigned to another resource or an alternative course of action can be taken by the Project Leader.
  • Develop Technical skill and knowledge necessary to grow into a data analyst  
  • After delivering the assigned project and tasks the Jr. Data Analyst can contact the Project Leader to get an opportunity to shadow a Senior Analyst to observe how they go about delivering the project
Measurement Metrics:
  • Number of Projects delivered per day without errors.
  • Number of hours worked
