Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues related to our products.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to help them maximize their use of our products.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Act as an extended team member of our customers to perform business support tasks for them.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including new features and updates.
- Stay up to date with product changes and enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and support skills.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product team.
- Suggest improvements based on customer interactions to enhance product usability.
Key Skills Required:
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Ability to understand customers' concerns and provide the required support.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
