Percentage Criteria:
- UG & PG: 70% and above
- 10th & 12th : 70% and above
Job Overview:
Designs, develops, validates and maintains test strategies. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task within the scope of the project.
Understand and apply product level architecture knowledge to product test and suggest improvements. Sets priorities and works towards achieving them. Determines and develops an approach to solutions
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, validates and maintains test strategies
- Understands and applies product level architecture knowledge to product test and suggest improvements
- Provides technical assistance in solving issues/problems of moderate scope
- Contributes towards automation
- Uses gained technical expertise to enhance the test strategies
- Use hands-on and gained techincal knowledge to enhance test strategies
- Be a member of an Agile cross-functional scrum team, participate in Sprint planning, review and retrospective.
- Exposure to Python, java and/or C# programming.
- Posses excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
