Title:- Compliance Administrator
Location: Bangalore, India

This role would be supporting TTI(Mouser's Parent Company). TTI is required to respond to Customer Representations and Certifications (“Reps & Certs”) in order to do business with customers. Reps & Certs ask for general information about TTI, it’s compliance with certain laws, regulations, and requirements. Certain Reps and Certs are invoked by dollar thresholds, contract type, or other conditions of a purchase order. It is important that TTI understand the requirements prior to completing any Reps and Certs request.

Accountabilities & Essential Functions
  • Monitor incoming Reps and Certs daily (emails, customer portals, etc .)
  • Respond accurately to Customer Reps & Certs in a timely fashion.
  • Upload, track and maintain completed Reps & Certs into ContractWorks.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with management and various departments to ensure timely completion of Reps & Certs.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Research previous Reps and Certs to resolve issues or answer questions.
Skills & Certifications
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Proven literacy in using application software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills and organizational skills; attention to details; able to prioritize and multitask and recognize the importance of deadlines.
  • Proven skills working in a team environment with various personality types to get the work done. Ability to relate well, build consensus and show respect and consideration for others.
  • Quick and inquisitive learner with a strong sense of urgency to responding to internal and external customer needs.
  • Must be able to work under broadly defined policies and achieve stated goals.
  • Knowledge of electronic component terminology will be an added advantage.
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min of 1 - 4 years of relevant experience skills.
  • Completed professional training in a relevant business field, or equivalent combination of training and experience
