Job Description
Complete knowledge for Payroll process Complete knowledge of Payroll compliance end to end operation Knowledge of expatriates payroll compliance and inbound employees compliance To be managed payroll compliance with zero escalation Complete knowledge of ESIC PF LWF PT TDS etc Responsible for addressing payroll related compliances and employee queries Responsible to attend different statutory internal and external audit Responsible for the closure of audit observation Responsible to do monthly reconciliation schedule preparations and sign off with Salary register Post production report Responsible to handle situations like of company integration due to the merger of the company Capable of sending good and pro active communication to business and employees Quick decision making skills and able to interact with multiple disciplines at all levels of the organization Strong analytic and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
