Conference Producer Jobs in Pune - ACIActive Communications International

The role:

•  Launch & produce a series of conferences in the Asia Pacific region. 
• These could be APAC versions of ACI Europe events already running in Europe or North America, new events within the existing industries covered by ACI Europe or in entirely new sectors for the company
  
•  Conduct in-depth research through a variety of sources with senior industry executives to gain a good understanding of the industry and burning issues
  
• Develop the strategic direction of each event to create highly relevant and targeted programmes whilst balancing editorial integrity and commercial viability of each event
  
• Identify and recruit senior industry executives to speak at the event
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships and levels of communication with key industry influencers
  
• Copy write and oversee the content aspect of all event promotional materials including the conference brochure, event website and promotional email campaigns
• Strategic responsibility for marketing, sales, operations and logistics on each event in your portfolio
• Deliver successful sales, marketing & sponsorship briefs
  
• Develop the lead acquisition strategy for each event to support marketing, delegate sales and sponsorship
  
• Strict budget management for each of your events
  
• On-site event management
  
• Further establish ACI Europe’s brand in APAC through building relationships with key industry influencers and delivering market-leading events
