Confidential Superintendent Job Opportunity in the Legislative Department, Ministry of Law & Justice

Eligibility criteria for the post is as under:

Officers under the Central Government: (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or Oil with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in Pay Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or

(iii) with six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing the following qualifications and experience, namely:-

(i) Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; a provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government;

(ii) Two years' experience of legal references, legislative drafting and research in legal matters.

(iii) Possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in English Stenography. 3. Period of Deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceeding three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.)
