Position Overview:
Replicon is searching for self-motivated, highly engaging individuals to join our Implementation Team in our Bangalore office as an “Intern – Configurations Specialist”.
As a Configurations Specialist within our Migration Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end configuration of Replicon’s latest product platform for existing customers on older platforms. You will work closely with Implementation Consultant to understand the configuration requirement and implement it on the application. Responsibilities:
- Understand the existing configuration in the older platform along with any additional requirements and configure the same on the latest platform.
- Work with the Professional Services team to incorporate, test and deploy integration and/or customization requirements from the client.
- Manage multiple configurations of small, medium and large size customers within the time allotted for each project.
- Manage all configuration communications externally and internally.
- Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Replicon’s product functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering
- Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Inclination towards technology
- Intermediate with MS Office
