Job Description
Handle calls, enquiries, front office and correspondence.
Follow-up on inquiries and converting them into ENROLLMENT.
Follow-up on inquiries and converting them into ENROLLMENT.
Ask for references of friends, relatives from the presently enrolled students to generate leads and convince them for enquiries.
Coordinate with internal department provide information about enrollment keep yourself updated on placement status. Handling queries of parents, students and assisting them with suitable programs. Participating in events if required

Arrangements for events. Maintain Records for Inventories. Retaining Customers The counsellor will be responsible for maintaining records of students enrolled and taking care of other formalities. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
