Construction Project Management Jobs in Coimbatore - Kanish Construction Company
Job Description
1. Manage the construction project and drive execution at the site level
2. Work with accounts, site operations, and sales teams to deliver the projects within cost and time targets
3. Travel to construction sites and manage the relationship with clients
4. Manage project from start to finish including documentation, billing, quality, task management, and forecasting
5. Partner and work effectively with external resources and internal resources to achieve project goals
6. Determine resource requirements (including staffing, labors, hardware, and facilities) of projects based on project specifications
7. Manage all aspects of the construction process including budges, the bid process, project acceptance, quality of work, warranty response, schedules, and financial reports
8. Plan, schedule, estimate, and coordinate construction projects with staff, contractors, and engineers
9. Manage all simple to complex situations at the site
10. Create contingency plans with appropriate input from key team members and implement a revised project schedule, scope, or budget in a timely manner, as needed
