Qualification  : 1. Candidate should have 02 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Personnel Management or its equivalent from a recognized university/Institute.

Desirable: 1. The candidate should have strong communication skills (written and oral). 2. Computer proficiency in MS Office and Management information System (MIS) and latest HR software shall be an added advantage.

Experience :  1. At least 20 years of experience in handling Human Resources Management / Personnel Management function in a Government / CPSE / Autonomous Government Body/Private Org. out of which 02 years should be in a senior level position; handling the overall aforesaid functions.

Technical Consultant

No. of Post  :  01

Qualification  : Degree in Engineering/Footwear Technology/Footwear Science & Engineering/Leather Technology/Leather Science/Leather Accessories Design/Fashion Design/Fashion Technology /Management/Retail Management.

Desirable: 1. Sound knowledge of Footwear/Fashion/Leather Goods/Lab Machineries. 2. Experience of working as consultant for a reputed footwear/Leather accessories/Fashion/Retail Firm. 3. Exposure to wide range of functional areas.

Experience :  Experience of atleast 20 years in the field of Footwear /Leather /Accessories/ Fashion/Retail Management /Management.
