A)State/Unit/ office: CVO

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline

Work Experience l. Should be well in computer i.e. MS Office. 2. Should have telecommunication technologies and associated activities like installation and commissioning, acceptance testing etc. 3. Associate with commissioning, acceptance testing etc. 4. Should have knowledge of underground cable/ Optical fibre laying. 5. Should be able to take dictation & transcribing as well as in the file management and record keeping management of engagement and phone call management etc. 6. Should be able to travel anywhere in India. 7. Should have experience to handle secretarial work in the office of Sr. Officer

b) State/Unit/ office: Admin:

Qualification: Graduate in any Stream

1. Should be well in computer i.e. MS Office. 2. Should have knowledge of Tender system through GeM portal and via open market. Of contracts, 3. Extension agreement, issues Of work order to the vendors. 4. Should have knowledge of HR and Admin related work.

c) State/Unit/ office: HR Unit

Qualification: Graduate in any Stream

l. Should have knowledge of HR matters personnel matters, recruitment matters, polices and training etc. 2. Should have experience in Administrative related work. 3. Have experience to translate and convert the documents in Hindi & 4. Well versed knowledge of Hindi Rajbhasha, Rules & Policy, Hindi workshop, Hindi Pakhwada &Competitions. 5. Should have proficient knowledge of computer application like MS Office, Google Docs/ Spread Sheets & be able in managing and generating MIS Report.

d) State/Unit/ office: Planning

Qualification: Graduate (Engineering Graduate will be preferred)

l. Should be well versed in rules/ regulation of central government. 2. The candidate who has the working experience in BSNL CO or Central Secretariat or erstwhile DoT or otherwise BSNL/MTNL would be preferred. 3. Officer having knowledge of planning/Admin/MM would be preferred. 4. Should have knowledge of google sheet/ report and MA-Excel. Should have knowledge of accounts with regard to processing of bill for payment. 5. Should have good drafting skills for drafting Note Sheets, writing letters etc.

e) State/Unit/ office: O& M

Qualification: Graduate (Engineering Graduate will be preferred)

I. Should have exlrrience and knowledge of Telecom Sector & related activity preferably knowledge of OFC Maintenance. 2. Should have proficient knowledge of computer application like MS Office, Google Docs/ Spread Sheets. 3. Should have good knowledge of English and drafting of Notes.

f) State/Unit/ office: Project Monitoring

Qualification: Graduate (Engineering Graduate will be preferred)

Should have knowledge of BharatNet Project. Should have experience in GIS 2. related activity. 3. Should have proficient knowledge of computer applications like MS Google Docs/ office, Spreadsheets.

g) State/Unit/ office: PM & GIS

Qualification: Graduate (Engineering Graduate will be preferred)

Should have knowledge of BharatNet Project. Should have experience in GIS related activity. Should have proficient knowledge of computer applications like MS Google Docs/ office, Spreadsheets.

Age Limit:Candidates should not be more than 65 years of age as on date of notification.
