Roles & Responsibilities:
-Work on incoming incidents based on their priority
-Plan the change request, schedule them & execute. Execute upgrades.
-Routine maintainence work
-System restart
-Doing the Local client copy and remote Client copy.
-Updating the OSS message in service Market Place.
-Checking and opening of connections in Service Market Place.
-Maintaining the credentials in Service Market Place.
-Performing basis administration on HANA system
-Working on Incidents.
-Will be working on Service Now tool.
-Monitoring SAP Background Jobs, Analyzing the jobs
-Handle transports through Charm.
-Performing system refresh activities
-Performing Hana Database installation
-24*7 support on project involving HANA system.
-Dealt with AO issues with users.
-SPAM/SAINT installations.
-Installing of license in Hana.
-Changing the parameters in Hana.
-Monitoring the SAP systems.
-Maintaining and creating RFC's.
-Import of certificates through S TRUST
Job Description:
- Strong BASIS working experience in SAP HANA DB, SAP S4HANA and Application environments
- Experience in SAP HANA performance tuning, HANA DB upgrade and Refresh.
- Basis planning & support for projects
- Performing SAP System Monitoring
- Transport management systems working knowledge
- AMS Support experience
- SAP HANA Administration and troubleshooting
- SAP Solution Manager Installation and Administration
- Familiar with SAP Products ( SAP ECC , PI , Portal and solman, BOBJ, IDM ) and Administration
- Expertise in trouble shooting the performance issues and preparing RCA.
- SAP HANA Database administration and OS/DB migration
- S/4 HANA transformation strategies and implementation
- DR Management (Monitoring and troubleshooting )
- ABAP and JAVA stack administration ( Installation , Upgrades and Maintenance )
- Experience in Version Upgrade, Support pack upgrade and Database Upgrade
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Should be a graduate with 4+ years of experience in SAP basis domain
- Should have SAP Basis skill + Version Upgrade, Support pack upgrade and Database Upgrade
- Should be exposure into - UAM - User access Management
- Should have good communication skills as they will interact with customers IT team.
