National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) invites application for the position Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities: Consultant (Technology Management – BI/Consulting)
Location- Chandigarh
Job Objective: The objective of this job is to assist the State Government on technological issues related to core infrastructure, MMPs and other e – governance projects
Job Requirement-
a. Should have good knowledge in Software Development, Data Analytics, BI/ML, Data extraction and Architecture design, data interpretation.
b. Should have fair understanding of SQL to extract custom reports, optimum query designs, indexing, etc.
c. Capable to create high quality and user understandable documentation, preparing project progress reports, MIS reports, Govt. Process Re-engineering, preparation of IT Plans, DPR, EoI, RFP, FRS, SRS etc.
d. Working experience in Government/ PSU setup.
Profile: Education: Essential Criteria &Experience
Education: B.E / B. Tech / MCA
Experience:
a. 4 plus years of experience in IT Projects, software development, security management in IT projects
b. Preferred Industry certifications like PMP, PMI, Prince 2 etc. are desirable
c. 2 years experience of managing a complete life cycle of large scale IT / eGovernance projects
