Qualification: (i) MBA from a reputed University (ii) Should have strategic, analytical and performance oriented approach to resource mobilization. (iii) Excellent written and verbal communication skill. (iv) Adaptive to different audiences viz. corporate sector, funding pattern etc. (v) Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with stakeholders (vi) Should have empathy for children. (vii) Should have experience in business develop/resource mobilization, function in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
