Job specification:
- Responsible for handling inbound calls.
- Identify customers’ needs on every requirement with quick response time.
- Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduates / Undergraduates with a Minimum of 6 months or graduate fresher’s can apply.
- Regular College students and Engineering pass outs cannot apply.
Salary: Best in industry with free drop facility within the boundary limits.
Skills Required:
- Ability to use the Computer system.
- Basic user-level familiarity of Operating System (Windows)
- Exposure to Online shopping preferred
- Knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox)
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English.
- Ability to comprehend and actively participate in the conversation by acknowledging effectively.
- Typing skills of 25 words per minute with an accuracy of 85%
Week Offs: Rotational Work Offs.
