Responsibilities

Rapid adaptation & understanding of existing applications and technical environment.
Understand client technical problems, articulate and detail the understanding and provide solutions.
Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements and crafting into a Functional Specifications document
Ability to communicate and work efficiently within the peer group
Should be able to help the other developers with code review etc.
Make both tactical/strategic changes to the established code base
Provide status reports to a wide audience
Take ownership of team test architecture, providing a system-wide view and design mentorship.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
