Consultant (Quality Improvement/ Evidence Syntheses)  job Position in National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) on contract basis

Consultant-Quality Improvement

Qualifications and Experience: Medical / Dental/ Ayush/ Nursing degree from a recognized institute. Two years’ full time Masters’ Degree (or Equivalent) in Hospital/Healthcare Management from a reputed institute.  At least three-years post qualification experience (after MHA or equivalent) of working on projects, which led to accreditation/certification of Health Facilities to National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS)/ NABH/ JCI.  Excellent Communication skills –Verbal (Hindi & English) & Written (English). Proficiency in MS Office package. Above-mentioned criteria may be relaxed for deserving candidates, who have robust field experience. Preference may be given to those applicants, who have directly worked at National/State/District level on the assignments, resulting into certification against NQAS.

Remuneration Range :  Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Age Limit :  40 years & below with fitness to travel. Age can be relaxed for suitable candidate.

Location :  New Delhi with requirement of extensive travel to states & districts. Travel could be upto 50% of time in a month, and at times to challenging locations.

Consultant – Evidence Syntheses

Qualification and Experience:  Post graduate degree in public health/ health systems/ health policy / public policy / community medicine. Candidates with Medical Council of India’s (MCI) recognised DPH degree are also eligible to apply. 2 years of work experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct systematic reviews and meta-analyses / qualitative evidence syntheses / cost-effectiveness systematic reviews in the field of healthcare. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Familiarity/experience in health policy and systems research

Desirable : Peer-reviewed publications on systematic reviews. Demonstrated experience of conducting rapid systematic reviews of any genre. Experience in training / conducting workshops on research methods / evidence syntheses. Demonstrated experience of conducting health policy and systems relevant systematic reviews. Demonstrated ability of working in multi-disciplinary teams , including international collaborators with tight deadlines

Remuneration Range :  Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Location :  New Delhi with Willingness to travel on need basis

Age Limit : 35 years & below. (As on last date of application)
