Job Description
- Consultant / Sr Consultant at Clarity Consulting will ideally have 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruiting for Big 4 consulting firms, IT/ITes or leading outsourcing organizations.
- He / She will have experience in recruiting for Lateral and Leadership positions received from our clients.
- To deliver on these critical to close mandates he/ she will be involved in the below mentioned activities
- Understand the client requirement for various technical / functional roles, identify potential candidates that will best fit the requirement and facilitate the hiring process from Search to Joining.
- Coordinating with client / business managers for better understanding the position and fast closure.
- Extensively work on the search tools like job sites, social media, internal and external databases.
- Head hunting for desired profiles whenever required.
- This position calls for a very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients business, technical and functional skills for mandates shared by the clients and excellent communication skills
