Experience : Experience in following fields/activities: Preparation of Bid Documents for procurement in infrastructure projects. Drafting of Contract Agreements/ Lease Agreements/ Concession Agreements

Infrastructure Advisory Expert

Essential :  M.E/M.Tech/M.Plan/ MBE /MFC/ MBA/ 2 years PGDM/CA

Desirable: Graduate degree in Engineering

Experience :  Experience in preparation of Revenue Model, Financial Modelling and Feasibility Reports/ Detailed Project Report for Projects especially PPP Projects/ Project Structuring/Transaction Advisory, Bid Process management services to Government Entities. OR Experience in Infrastructure Consulting/ Advisory experience involving preparation of Cost estimates/ Area Planning/ Demand Assessment/ preparation of Feasibility Reports/ Detailed Project Report for Infrastructure Projects preferably PPP Projects.

Financial Appraisal Expert

Essential:  MBA/ MBE /MFC/ 2 years PGDM/ CA/CFA/ICWA

Desirable: Graduate in Engineering

Experience :  Experience in various areas of Project appraisal/Credit Appraisal/Financial/Credit Analysis/Monitoring of Commercial Credit, Debt/ Equity Syndication for Infrastructure Projects while working for Financial Institutions/ Commercial Banks/ NBFCs/ Merchant Bankers/ Investment Bankers/Finance Department of Corporates/ Financial Research, Consultancy & Analytics Company

Procurement Expert

Essential:  B.E/B. Tech

Desirable: Master’s Degree/ Post graduate in any discipline.

Experience :  Must have demonstrated knowledge of Government procurement policy and procedures, experience in managing bid cycles, organizing procurement packages, preparing Terms of References, preparation of bidding documents and evaluation of bid proposals. Experience with Government of India procurement guidelines [General Financial Rules (GFR), 2017 & Manual for Procurement of Consultancy & Other Services, 2017] and procedures is required. Experience of working with multilaterals is preferred.

Development Finance Expert

Essential:  Masters Degree in Economic/ Statistics/MBA/ PGDM

Experience :  Experience of Financial Structuring & evaluation of Public Programs & or Projects/ Public Finance experience including structuring & managing externally aided programs (EAP). Experience of managing Technical Assistance/ Loan assistance/ Programme Development Loan will be preferred.

Sustainable Infrastructure Finance Expert

Essential: Masters Degree in Finance/Environment/ MBA/ PGDM/CA/ CFA

Experience :  Experience in environment risk Advisory of infrastructure projects including experience in project finance/Advisory for Green Energy/WasteManagement & Carbon Finance assignments Experience of working with Environment Portfolio management for infrastructure Projects /Mitigation (Resilience or Adaptation) projects/ carbon asset management is preferred

Remuneration : 

Consultant Grade 1 -  Rs. 80,000 - 1,45,000

Consultant Grade 2 -  Rs. 1,45,000 – 2,65,000

Senior Consultant -  Rs. 2,65,000 - 3,30,000

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2019) : 

Consultant Grade 1 -  45 Yrs

Consultant Grade 2 -  50 Yrs

Senior Consultant - 62 Yrs
