Responsibilities:
• Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.,
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience is required in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications in Genesys suite of products (Inbound, outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting),
•Nice to have exposure to AWS /Verint / Nice call recording solutions. ,
• Location of posting is driven by business requirements
Educational Requirements: BE , BTech , MSc , MTech , MCA
