About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing intellectual property and organizing a range of resources that will advance thinking and practice around experiential learning for grade 5 students
2. Contextualising and customizing lesson plans and worksheets to address the differentiated learning needs of the students based on the classroom context
3. Breaking down the curriculum into relevant learning packets
4. Supporting in conceptualizing and designing academically rigorous, enriching, and impactful learning programs
5. Spearheading the process of developing high-quality and comprehensive curricula that involve readings, videos, content, rubrics, and assessments that suit the blended learning model
6. Conducting research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, and other resources to refine the curricula
7. Setting the objectives and a feasible timeline to achieve the outlined objectives
8. Establishing the evaluation criteria for the learning packets
9. Analysing the existing content and curriculum available to develop a repository of best practices
