As the e-commerce operations intern, you will be assisting the e-commerce team in daily operations. Your role will have a direct impact on developing and scaling our e-commerce brand to new heights at an accelerated pace. As an e-commerce operations intern, you will be assisting our team in managing our brand on various marketplaces like - Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. We are an omnichannel business, and this job role requires you to bring A+ interpersonal skills to be able to effectively work in a fast-growing environment. We are looking for an entry-level candidate who is seeking a career in e-commerce and intends to work in a challenging high-growth environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting team in managing front-end e-commerce marketplace operations
2. Managing back-end order fulfillment and dispatch
3. Assisting team in managing day-to-day operations on all e-commerce platforms
4. Assisting team in managing customer service
5. Assisting team and coordinating with product teams in managing stock inventory
6. Managing brand store on marketplaces
7. Collaborating with designers for a creative photoshoot
8. Creating and managing A+ content marketplaces
9. Monitoring product rankings and customer feedbacks
10. Supporting the team with ad-hoc requirements
