Job description: Question Bank Developer

• We are looking for a creative individual who will be responsible for developing questions on a variety of subjects for our skills assessment platform.
• The questions will be of multiple choice type and span across a variety of subjects including aptitude, logical, English, puzzles, general knowledge etc.
  
• The job will require the individual to work remotely and deliver required work.
• There will be on-going communication with the founder on an on-going basis through emails, phone and weekly meetings.
  

• 0-2 year of content writing experience
  
• Strong English skills, which will be critical for framing good questions
  
• Good command over English grammar with editing skills
  
• Ability to sift through available information, both offline and online, and use it create new  questions
  
• Ability to understand logical problems and use that skill for developing related questions
  
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to self motivate
  
• Ability to deliver high quality work remotely with minimal guidance
  

• Sift through offline and online information and determine how to leverage it for developing new questions
  
• Frame high quality questions on a wide range of subjects including soft skills, aptitude, logical reasoning, English, puzzles, general knowledge etc.
  
• Act on feedback shared by the founder on initial questions and finalize them to meet our quality standards
  
• Generate content for posting on social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  
• Enhance content of the live website
  
• Education :Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English literature, communications or journalism

• You will work with passionate and well experienced founder who will guide you but at the same time give you full freedom
  
• You can work part or full time
