Responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to review a product and associated documentation to create:
a. User Manuals
b. Training Manuals - Documentation must be from the perspective of the end user
- Ability to work in a team or individually.
- Work with google dialog flow service a latest AI interface
Work closely with tech and users to identify new product requirements when users are using the application.
Write any small intelligent responses creatively for our AI.
