Job Description
- The Content Writer will be responsible for updating/adding content on the website, i.e His/Her job will be to ensure that the clients’ content is relevant enough to create interest for consumers, also to answer any of the questions and possibly convert client into a customer.
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to review a product and associated documentation to create:User Manuals, Training Manuals
- Documentation must be from the perspective of the end user
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Good presentation skills
- Should have experience in documentation tools.
