The Role

Content Strategist is an exciting role that takes charge of both strategizing and executing on valuable content that would result in traffic, lead generation and downstream sales. The role involves:

1) Understand our new line of service and product businesses.

2) Work with the management and business teams to come up with custom avatars and identify the most useful and impactful content that drive results.

3) Write and design engaging content, based on our content calendar, that converts visitors to leads and customers

4) Track critical indicators and results from our content including visitors, time spent on site, engagement, leads and sales.

5) Create innovative strategies for new product and service lines and keep pushing the boundaries of both quality and reach of content.

Experience & Key Skills

Minimum of 2 years content writing experience, preferably in the digital marketing and startup space.
Way with the words, literally. Ability to write interesting stories and influence and persuade visitors. Please send a link to a strong portfolio of articles related to tech, digital marketing, startup ecosystem etc.
Ambitious self starter who wants to go beyond a job and be an authority in an industry as part of a fast rising organization.
Ability to self-supervise, be organized and complete work based on our content plan and ensure adherence to the best practices. We are an all remote company and expect every employee to be self-guided and self-supervise.
Absolute team player who is comfortable working with the rest of the global team and over-delivering results.
1 year of experience in digital marketing related areas and familiarity with basic metrics of SEM, SEO and content marketing is a plus.
Passion and enthusiasm about content marketing, content writing, digital marketing, startup ecosystem is necessary
