Job Description

Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience apply.
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Literature/English Major is preferable
Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same into actionable milestones
Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document
Develop engaging content for articles, blogs,websites, guest posts,infographics, case studies to entice the audience
Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written as per instructions
Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability
Think up titles for each piece of content keeping appropriateness and SEO best practices in check
Develop concept notes, scripts or storyboards for individual campaigns
Rewrite, paraphrase, or write content from scratch depending on specific instructions provided in the work order
Build and execute social media strategy, copy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Ensure social media pages are up and optimized according to brief and best practice guidelines
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or GIF's) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ digital metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (client servicing, design, development etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Requirement

Fluency in English with excellent word play
Ability to write original, error-free content on a wide range of topics and industries
Excellent researching, writing, editing / proofing, presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with full-functionalities of social media platforms such as Facebook,LinkedIn,Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Quora
Adequate knowledge of content marketing best practices
Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Literature/English Major is preferable
