Job Description
The Content Associate is a critical role in the Content Team at Medinfi
This position is responsible in making outbound calls and verifying Clinic or Doctor information that has been assigned to the associate on a daily basis, thereby enabling accurate, up-to-date information for our users.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year work experience in outbound/inbound calling
- Flexible to work on Saturdays when required
- Must be a good team player and also be goal oriented
- Good oral communication skills with proficiency in English and any other regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent listening, multi-tasking and phone skills
- The ability to work well under pressure in a results driven environment
- TEAM PLAYER and willing to take on diversified job responsibilities
- Should have strong inclination towards good Customer Service
