Job Description
- Manage all content and projects related to the client’s requirement.
- Write, edit, and proofread content.
- Ensure that all documents meet established content standards and works with developers to assess any technical challenges in displaying the content.
- Assuring web content is user-friendly.
- Developing content other print materials
- Contribute to designing the wireframe and structure for our websites
- Working in collaboration with the design and marketing teams
- Responsible for writing content for blogs, website, brochures, IT products etc.
- Create and modify documentation for a variety of IT products.
- Command over English language.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Documenting on User and Operational Manuals.
- Peer review of technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.
- nteract with product managers and developers to gather detailed functional understanding.
- Design and update the templates used in documentation.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Should have very creative approach and excellent communication skills
- Young, sharp, go-getter
- Design, develop, and write technical documentation according to departmental guidelines for a variety of audiences including business manager, business analysts, system administrators, developers and end users.
- Coordinate with Team Lead to ensure that all documentation deliverables meet requirements for developmental edits, copy edits and proofing. Write, edit and revise a variety of technical user documentation such as on-line help, service pack notes and articles.
