Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: 

• Develop consistent tools and processes to build Bookswagon’s social media presence (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter).
  
• Identify key social media channels where areas of expertise can be championed.
  
• Concepting creative ideas for social media imagery, creating and running contests and finding areas of opportunity/jumping into trending conversations.
  
• Build Facebook ‘likes’ by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  
• Presenting the data in form of power point presentations, and keeping a record of the same in a systematic manner.
  
• Work on company’s business profile pages and use innovative ideas to promote them on various search engines.
  
• Create inbound traffic on website by creating brand awareness and online reputation.
  
• Documentation of daily activities and overall progress of the organisation’s goals and coordinating with other team members on a daily basis.
  

 The ideal candidate will possess

• Excellent written communication skills.
  
• A strong attention to detail, be technology savvy and have a passion for social media.
  
• Be well organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive projects.
  
• Have a personal Laptop/PC to use.
  
• Ability to commit minimum 15 hours per week.
