Content Writer Jobs in Delhi - E- Commerce

ONE, We are looking to hire a dedicated Freelance Content Writer to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. The Content Writer's responsibilities would include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blogs by pushing them to various third-party platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc. The focus for such contents would be primarily industry-specific targeting Fashion & Apparel industries.

Responsibilities

• Ideate topics for company blogs and articles in close collaboration with marketing and business development teams
• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content for the company.
• Develop engaging content in the form of a blog, reactionary pieces or articles using visual enhancements such as charts, graphs and schematics wherever required 
• Proof-read content developed by other contributors in the company for errors and inconsistencies
• Promote such contents on various third-party platforms and keep a track of audience reactions received in terms of impression, clicks and likes (as received through Google Analytics and Linked In)
• Conduct keyword-based research and implement changes, if required, by adjusting content development strategy to increase web traffic for corporate website

KRA

• Writing web content for websites/portals etc. from scratch
• Writing on Renewable Fashion & durable products.
• Writing, editing and proofreading copy.
• Writing product descriptions, brand support material etc..
• Ability to generate content in a clear and precise manner
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of grammar and use of punctuation marks
• Extensive knowledge of Google keyword research tools

Ideal Candidate

• A graduate with a good command over the English language.
• A flair for writing with an effective and unique writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly along with an understanding of what works on the internet
• An ability to coordinate & work in with a team with good communication skills.
• An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills.
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences looking for creative, clean and crisp content.

·        An understanding of keywords and Meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, Meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc. (in short, basic SEO skills)

• Experience with an online company can be an added advantage.
• Experience of 1-2 years in the relevant domain

Education

·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably relevant industry, journalism or literature) with excellent command over the English language and literature
