Job Summary
The Content Writer is "the voice" of our company by writing blogs, articles that align with our SEO activities, branding, and other marketing efforts. SEO Content Writers must have demonstrated writing experience, professional and/or academic. They have experience writing for a web-based audience as well as a working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and how they apply to content marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Working closely with SEO team to identify content gap & suggest monthly topics to be written for website
- Writing SEO compliant blogs/articles for 300-2000 words for company blog
- Spinning of articles for submission across different mediums.
- Working with designer & admin team to ensure posting of articles/blogs on the site
- Regularly updating relevant pages of client’s website for On Page SEO.
- Managing/writing web site content for new websites
- Any other related work
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Writing web content for several businessfrom scratch.
- Editing and Proof reading contentonce written.
- Writing product descriptions, brand support material etc.
- Proof reading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles.
- Check web pages finally before making them live.
