Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the creation of marketing assets including e-books, white papers, videos, presentations, and other thought leadership content
- Manage content on the company website and contribute to the CustomerSuccessBox blog
- Own the content research process to collect data points for each piece of content
- Innovate around content ideas
- Follow content calendar by meeting content delivery deadlines, leading to positive impact on content marketing goals
- 2-4 years of writing and content development experience
- Outstanding ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into simple, intuitive messages
- Research acumen (should be able to independently identify relevant data sources)
- Basic know-how of optimizing content for SEO.
- Passion for storytelling and creative writing.
- Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
- Social media marketing know-how, mainly LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B technology companies is preferred.
- Experience with WordPress and Grammarly/Hemingway or related writing tool is a bonus.
- This is NOT a 9 to 5 job.We don’t offer or encourage any hierarchical structure.

About the Founders
Puneet Kataria, Founder & CEO: Puneet leads CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this, he was VP of Sales & Marketing at a SaaS company. In 17 years of professional experience, he has been a proven leader at ThoughtWorks, IBM, Telelogic and an Engineer with Honeywell Aerospace. He has grown startups to ~$10 million in revenue and managed 10,000+ accounts. Puneet is an alumni of IIM-Bangalore and has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Amritpal Singh, Co-founder & CTO: Amrit leads technology and engineering at CustomerSuccessBox. Prior to this, Amrit developed four other platforms from scratch. He has worked at Droom (founded by Sandeep Aggarwal, founder of Shopclues), Kayako and has been a co-founder of a healthcare startup. He is a regular open source contributor.
