• Experience: 5-7+ years of technical and Marketing Content creation experience
  
• Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Marketing (with a solid understanding of SEO)
  

Responsibilities: 

• Create compelling, high quality website content around relevant, high converting technical and marketing topics
  
• Conduct keyword research to identify content gaps, assign keywords to pages and optimize existing pages including all copy components of a webpage (title, description, copy, alt tags etc.)
  
• Perform in-depth research in order to understand each of AWS's product and service offerings
  
• Keep informed on the master content calendar of product launches, events, webinars, new web pages planned, and any other content opportunities and timing to inform the SEO content optimization calendar
  
• Write, edit, proofread and optimize copy for other digital marketing campaigns and content programs as needed including webinars, infographics, blogs, videos, events, social etc.
  
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to project needs and objectives
  
• Conduct competitive analysis using a variety of search engine research tools
  
• Take ownership of improvements to traffic and conversions
  
• Communicate clearly the progress of daily/weekly initiatives to internal stakeholders
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
