- Ability to create and write engaging content for social media, case studies and newsletter.
- Responsible for writing and publishing Web content, blog, press release.
- Creative writing such as thoughts, slogans etc.
- Monitoring and responding to user-contributed website content; and participating in social media efforts for the company including customer reviews.
- Write quality, professional blog post articles relevant to the brand
- Should understand the value of customer insights and in-depth, meaningful research to generate quality content.
- Ability to curate and gather content and turn into meaningful reports and articles for internal and external project communications.
- Should be able to write conversational, catchy as well as subject specific communications.
- Should be able to take ownership of the work and ensure timely delivery.
- Design and author content that is user-centric and is guided by business acumen and customer requirements.
- Creating SEO optimized content/ articles, Press release, Blogs, Newsletters and other similar matter
