Responsibilities and Duties
Technical Content Writing experience preferable.
Has experience writing different pieces with different goals- Technical Contents, Promotional Contents, and blog posts.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
Excellent command over English language and ability to think out-of-the-box, play-with-words and write in a simple, concise and accurate manner.
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals.
Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
Fair knowledge of eCommerce, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SEO/Internet Marketing.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
