Job Description
- Edit and double check manuscripts according to your subject matter to ensure an error-free text which would meet the international standards of publication.
- Check, track, improve and manage the quality of in-house editors who work in collaboration with freelance editors
- Verify and build on conceptual knowledge pertaining to the fields of sciences and medicine within a team of dedicated editors
- Rectify any language, content, style, and editing-related inconsistencies
- Provide feedback, explain grammatical concepts, check process adherence, and build resources for editors
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing editors pertaining to the fundamentals of English language and in-house process knowledge
- Work in collaboration with project management and client servicing teams to efficiently handle client concerns
- Clarify doubts and concepts posed by editors at any point in time
- Create training resources pertaining to English language and in-house process knowledge
