About Learning Space Foundation
Our journey started as training cum implementation partner for a 2-year STEM project for 20 rainbow homes in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad which aimed at improving learning abilities of ~1300 children taking shelter in these orphanages using technology aided teaching and learning. Later, we handled training and implementation of another STEM project for about 12,000 less privileged students studying at 88 government primary, upper-primary and high schools of Nampally and Khairatabad Mandals in Hyderabad. These projects were done in collaboration with UWH, Bodhaguru. We also worked with APSA and Suma Niketan.
Suraksha Aur Sammaan project: Many children are being sexually abused, many girls are facing eve teasing, youth endangering their future by making wrong decisions. They have little knowledge about law and how their actions can destroy their dignity and future. So, we create awareness among children, teachers, and communities about health, safety, and law.
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Spread awareness by creating and distributing useful and engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages
2. Market about the organization on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
3. Help drive traffic to the website, promote content using various advertising strategies and develop relationships with key influencers and target audiences
4. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
There are some interns who just apply and don't respond afterwards or leave midway which causes a lot of inconvenience to us. We need minimum 3 hours of your time per week. We request you not to apply for this internship if are not serious about this or cannot spare 3 hours per week.
