About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write drug overview, side effects, usage, and other technical information related to pharmaceuticals
2. Research top publications and ensure correct citations and references are documented for all technical content created
3. Brainstorm with senior management, SEO strategy team to create a priority list and to ensure technical content created helps marketing efforts
4. Research healthcare and pharmaceutical industry trends & identify gaps and customer needs to create blog-worthy topics
5. Review blogs, posts, and other healthcare-related content created by junior copywriters
6. Work closely with the lead pharmacist in creating customer support manuals for various prescription-related queries
7. Train support desk executives in technical and prescription-related queries & supervise and review replies on support tickets and marketing leads via chat and other channels

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per write-up).
