Responsibilities and Duties

Wanted experience candidate for our Continental kitchen
Coordinate with other team members for smooth kitchen operation
Knowledge of new recipes
Keeping stock of raw materials and placing orders with vendors when necessary.
Preparation for cooking necessary items at base kitchen at start of the day like chopping, marinating, sauces, batter, etc.
Executing on time orders for timely service to walk-in and online customers.
Keeping cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy all the times.
Maintaining highest level of hygiene during food preparation.
Sorting and storing unused items at the end of the day at the base kitchen.
Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records, minimizes waste and manage budgetary concerns.
