- Hands on knowledge of CPI tools (lean manufacturing like VSM,Kaozen,Standard Work,Six Sigma)
- Responsible for implementing the continuous Process Improvement Initiative within the Business Unit
- Conduct Training on CPI Tools anf follow up with Project Teams to achieve Desire Results
- Drives continuous Improvement culture that fosters daily improvement involving all team members
