Contract Engineer (Maintenance) –On Fixed Tenure Basis

Qualification :  Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized University with good academic records

Experience :

Essential: Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance of Pellet plant and Beneficiation plant out of which 2 to 3 years experience in maintenance of Pellet plant with rotary kiln technology.

Desirable: Should have the Proven work experience in maintenance activities, managerial ability, Adequate knowledge of management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation), knowledge of safety, quality control, productivity, Computer literacy. Ability in Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

Consolidated Pay : Rs.50,000/-

Essential: Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance of Pellet plant and Beneficiation plant out of which 2 to 3 years experience in maintenance of Pellet plant with rotary kiln technology.

Essential: Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in mineral processing industry out of which 2 to 3 years experience in the operation of pellet plant and Beneficiation plant with rotary kiln technology.

Desirable: Should have the Proven work experience in the area of mineral process as a shift in-charge with good managerial ability, having knowledge of safety, quality control, productivity and Computer literacy.

Consolidated Pay : Rs.50,000/-

Experience :

Essential: Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience largely in the area of maintenance of Electrical equipments of pellet plant out of which 2 to 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance of electrical equipments, electrical distribution systems, sub-station control panels of Pellet plant of with Rotary Kiln Technology.

Desirable : Execute the plan of Operation & Maintenance and focus on energy conservation & Safety. Implementation of the plan for PM of critical equipment, arrange resources for the same plan and ensure execution of the preventive maintenance for non-critical equipment in the section for ensuring maximum up time and efficiency at optimum cost. Knowledge of safety, quality control, productivity, Computer literacy.

Experience : Should have minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Pellet plant and Beneficiation plant Working with Instrumentation and Programmable logic controls, control system used in automated processes, measuring levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes, Testing instrumentation and control systems and maintaining test equipment, maintaining records and files, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, repairing and adjusting system components or removing and replacing defective parts Installing control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment Should possess good communication skill and effective team player
